1- Return and Exchange Policy Dear Customer, thank you for choosing Taqniyat Al-Dahan Company to purchase your favorite products, and we are pleased to serve you. Sometimes, you may change your mind regarding the products you purchased from one of our branches in Saudi Arabia. No worries. At Taqniyat Al-Dahan, we will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible. Therefore, we have explained and clarified the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures: 1- Policy on the time period for returning or exchanging purchases from our branches Returned items must be within 3 days from the purchase date. Exchanged items must be within 5 days from the purchase date. 2- Policy on returning or exchanging special items ordered by the customer Items that are custom-made and ordered by the customer are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to (color mixing prints, detailed panel prints). Composite colors according to the customer's preference are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. This policy applies if the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased from one of our branches, and it must be accompanied by all accessories and kept away from sunlight. These policies apply upon delivery of the original purchase invoice, and if it is not available, the return or exchange request will be considered invalid. For health reasons, all products for personal use, such as but not limited to masks, gloves, helmets, and similar items, are not subject to return or exchange policies, and the request for return or exchange will be rejected. To refund the amount of purchases made via the network device, including credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be refunded within 15 working days after confirming receipt of the amount in the company's account. The customer should follow up with the bank branch they deal with for payment procedures. The customer is committed to providing the branch manager at Taqniyat Al-Dahan with the bank account information used for payment. Any transportation costs resulting from the return or exchange of products are borne by the customer, with no responsibility or obligation on the company. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to not following the seller's instructions regarding product mixing. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the product when using solvents (turpentine) that do not meet technical specifications. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the customer or their property due to not securing the packages during transportation.
